Operations Team Lead

We're looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our Guest Services team — a role built for someone who wants to grow into a bigger operations career while making a real, visible impact across our brands. You'll work closely with our leadership team, helping shape the guest experience, support our teams, and drive results across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Drive Operations & Sales: Dig into our systems (Zenoti, call center metrics) to spot trends and opportunities, help set and hit sales goals, and keep guest experience at a five-star standard.
• Develop Our Team: Sit in on team meetings, support performance reviews, help train new hires, and partner with HR on interviewing and onboarding.
• Support Every Brand, Everywhere: Provide remote operational support across all Edgeless Beauty Group brands, from guest reviews and scheduling to HR systems (UKG) and timekeeping accuracy.
• Lead Training & Systems: Travel to our locations quarterly to provide hands-on Zenoti and retail training, and help teams stay current on new tools and processes.
• Be a Trusted Resource: Troubleshoot scheduling challenges, manage time-off requests, and keep communication flowing between locations, Liaisons, and General Managers

What We're Looking For

• Customer service and/or management experience in a high-touch, five-star environment, or a bachelor's degree with relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, strategic planning, or decision-making.
• A sales-focused mindset, you're comfortable anticipating guest needs and building strategies that drive revenue.
• Someone who's organized, adaptable, and energized by variety, no two days look exactly the same in this role.
