The Company A fast-growing personal care brand for kids and families, inspired by Korean formulation. Small senior team, a growing wholesale business, and fulfillment run through a 3PL partner. Fully remote.

The Role This is a hands-on execution role. You will own the day-to-day operations and wholesale work that keeps the business running: processing wholesale orders, managing account paperwork and reorders, preparing and tracking POs, coordinating freight and shipments, keeping inventory and logistics trackers current, and working with our 3PL to resolve fulfillment issues. You take these recurring responsibilities off the COO's plate and keep them moving on your own, without constant follow-up. Along the way, you proactively look for efficiencies and cost savings.

What You'll Own

Operations

• Get and compare freight quotes, and book shipments
• Write and track purchase orders
• Maintain inventory and shipment trackers
• Coordinate receipts and fulfillment with our 3PL
• Follow through on delays, discrepancies and costs until they are resolved

Wholesale

• Process wholesale orders through fulfillment
• Coordinate agreement signatures and save the executed copies
• Collect and organize account paperwork, and maintain account records
• Proactively follow up with existing accounts that may be due for a reorder

Process Improvement

• Find practical ways to reduce freight and fulfillment costs
• Eliminate duplicate work
• Make our trackers and workflows easier to manage

What Success Looks Like

• Wholesale orders, POs, shipments and reorders move from start to finish without the COO having to chase them
• Inventory, shipment and account trackers are always current and easy to use
• Fulfillment issues, delays and discrepancies with the 3PL are caught and resolved quickly
• Existing accounts are followed up for reorders before they go quiet
• Freight and fulfillment costs come down, and duplicate work goes away

• Hands-on operations experience: freight quotes, booking shipments, and writing and tracking POs
• Experience with wholesale order and account administration: processing orders through fulfillment, agreements and account paperwork, account records, reorder follow-up
• Experience coordinating with a 3PL on receipts, fulfillment and issue resolution
• Hands-on experience maintaining inventory trackers

• Keeping shipment and account trackers current
• Strong in Google Workspace, especially Sheets
• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, wholesale or account operations
• A track record of cutting freight or fulfillment costs, or simplifying trackers and workflows
• Consumer products, beauty, personal care, retail or e-commerce background
• Experience reviewing invoices or resolving 3PL billing discrepancies and claims
• Strong written English for working with accounts, freight partners and the 3PL
