Position Overview

ReconMR is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Survey Research Telephone Interviewers. This position begins onsite at one of our call centers, providing the training, support, and resources needed for success.

Employees may become eligible to transition to a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement after successfully completing 50 hours of work and demonstrating positive performance in:

• Quality
• Production
• Attendance
• Ability to work independently

To qualify for remote work, employees must also have:

• A Windows 11 PC
• Reliable high-speed internet
• A USB or wired headset
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace

WFH opportunities are based on performance, business needs, and equipment requirements and are not guaranteed.

What You'll Do

As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls and collect survey data on a wide variety of topics. Interviewers are responsible for:

• Making outbound telephone calls
• Reading survey scripts verbatim
• Asking survey and research questions
• Recording respondent answers accurately
• Conducting opinion polls, market research studies, and customer satisfaction surveys
• Maintaining professional communication with respondents

Never any Sales or Collections.

Skill Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
• Basic understanding of good customer service
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision

Experience

• No experience necessary
• Paid training provided
• Open to applicants under 18 years of age (where legally permitted)

Onsite Schedules Available

Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week) within our available shift options:

• Afternoon: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Weekend hours available

One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

Compensation

• $12.00 per hour base pay
• Additional pay opportunities for qualified bilingual interviewers in select languages
