As an Oracle Applications DBA, you will be responsible for administering and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Agile PLM, and Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across global operations while collaborating with distributed teams and users in multiple time zones. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) environments, including patching, cloning, and performance tuning • Manage Oracle Agile PLM application and database components • Administer Oracle Databases (12c/19c) including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN backups • Maintain middleware platforms including Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle HTTP Server • Collaborate daily with a distributed global team via video calls, Slack, and ticketing systems • Participate in incident response, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA or Oracle DBA • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Agile PLM administration • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN) • Experience with Oracle WebLogic and middleware stack • Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher) — essential for global team collaboration • Availability to work 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM BRT, Monday–Friday Nice to Have • Oracle OCP/OCE certification • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS/Azure • Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Ansible What We Offer • 100% remote work from Brazil • Global team exposure across multiple technologies • Competitive compensation • Learning and development opportunities Core Competencies Collaboration and teamwork Innovation and continuous improvement Integrity and accountability Client-focused delivery mindset Proactive, “can-do” attitude Peloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
