Oracle Benefits Configuration Analyst || Remote || Seattle, WA
We are looking for an Oracle Benefits Configuration Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion Benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on Oracle Benefits configuration experience.
- Experience configuring Life Insurance, STD, and LTD plans.
- Experience with benefits eligibility and enrollment configuration.
- Strong experience with benefits testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Payroll/Benefits integration and benefit deductions.
- Experience supporting open enrollment and plan-year changes.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employee benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Oracle Benefits plans, programs, options, rates, and eligibility.
- Support Life, STD, and LTD plan enrollment.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Benefits configurations.
- Perform testing and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Support open enrollment and production issues.
- Work with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and technical teams.
