This role spans both functional and technical domains, requiring expertise in Oracle Cloud security models, risk frameworks, and business process controls across ERP (and optionally SCM, HCM, or EPM).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud security models, including role-based access controls, data security, and user provisioning frameworks
  • Define and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, identifying conflicts and implementing mitigating controls
  • Conduct risk assessments and security reviews across Oracle Cloud environments to identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies
  • Translate business, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable security and controls designs
  • Design and implement governance frameworks for user access management, including joiner/mover/leaver processes
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud security components, including roles, privileges, data access sets, and security policies
  • Collaborate with functional leads to embed controls within business processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
  • Support internal and external audit activities, including control documentation, testing support, and remediation tracking
  • Implement and optimize Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), including modules such as:
    • Advanced Access Controls
    • Financial Reporting Compliance
    • Transaction Controls
    • Advanced Financial Controls
  • Define and execute security testing strategies, including role validation, SoD testing, and UAT support
  • Advise clients on regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, industry-specific standards)
  • Develop security architecture documentation, including role design, control matrices, and governance procedures
  • Lead or support data security and privacy initiatives, including sensitive data access and protection strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on security best practices and delivery approaches
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
  • Support the development of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, and security frameworks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • English Advanced for communication
  • Experience supporting International Projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5–12+ years of experience in ERP security, risk, or controls, with a focus on Oracle Cloud (Fusion) preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud security configuration, including roles, privileges, and data access controls
  • Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and controls design
  • Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC, SailPoint, Workday Security)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and associated risks/controls, including:
    • Record-to-Report (R2R)
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX testing, control documentation)
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and governance processes
  • Ability to assess complex environments and recommend practical, scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience working in client-facing consulting roles and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Security, Financials, or Risk Management)

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC

  • Experience with automated controls, continuous monitoring, and analytics-driven risk management

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its role in secure integrations

  • Experience with security in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud environments (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM)

  • Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

  • Experience leading workstreams or managing small teams (for Manager/Senior Manager levels)
