Job Description This is a remote position. · Senior Associate with 10+ years of experience, with Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience · Act as the implementation consultant that covers the implementation of “zero-to-gross” payroll processing, pay calculations, consumption of WFM time punches, final pay processing, and other payroll processes. · Advanced knowledge in UAE & India payroll processes · Configure UAE & India payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud · Experience to co-ordinate with payroll business team and Implementation team leads. · Conduct show and tell sessions · Prepared solution design document and configuration workbooks ·Should be able to train the key users · Should have knowledge of payroll related reports. · Excellent communication skills – written, oral and listening. · Guide the implementation team and business team towards the best-in class solution understanding the business requirements. · Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals. · Must have good negotiations skills for win/win agreements Good-to-Have · Preferred to have experience in payroll implementation especially with unions and labor agreement components. · Flexible to adjust with schedule based on implementation plan · Experience to work as a Payroll Implementation Consultant in implementation programs · Knowledge in payroll related Fast Formulas
