Recruiter / Talent Researcher – Premium Retail

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Researcher based in India to support recruitment across the UAE and GCC Premium / Luxury Retail market.

MUST HAVE:

· Proven experience in GCC talent sourcing, research and market mapping

· Recruitment experience within Premium / Luxury Retail

Key Responsibility:

Deliver qualified candidates who successfully progress through client interviews, selection and hire

To achieve this, you will:

· Research and map talent across target Premium / Luxury Retail brands in the UAE and GCC

· Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms

· Screen and qualify candidates against specific client requirements

· Build targeted talent pools for current and upcoming requirements

· Maintain accurate candidate and market-mapping data

Only candidates with at least 2- 4 years recruitment / sourcing experience in the GCC premium and luxury retail sector will be considered
