Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer on behalf of our client in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The OCI Engineer will bring recent hands-on OCI engineering experience together with Oracle Database and Oracle Exadata expertise, migrations of on-premises Oracle databases to OCI, and automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices. This position requires an active Secret clearance and current residence in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid: remote, with up to one day per week onsite in Washington, DC or Sterling, VA.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of recent Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engineering experience.
• Oracle Database administration or engineering experience.
• Oracle Exadata experience.
• Experience migrating on-premises Oracle databases to OCI.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and automation experience.
• Red Hat Linux or Oracle Linux experience.
• Active Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship, required because eligibility for access to classified information is limited to U.S. citizens under Executive Order 12968.
• Must currently reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a federal IT environment.

Compensation

• Target base salary of $175,000 to $185,000 per year (final compensation structure to be confirmed by the client).
