Oracle Consultant

Role Description The Oracle Consultant at Solar PV Experts – Middle East is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Applications used in energy-related projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and implementing solutions within Oracle modules such as Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Order Management. The consultant will advise stakeholders on best practices, prepare functional and technical documentation, and support testing, training, and issue resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers and subject matter experts in renewable energy, is expected to ensure systems align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Oracle Applications and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) for configuration, integration, and solution design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Order Management and Business Process analysis to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Candidates should possess consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.
• Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, or related industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and basic understanding of energy policy or sustainability concepts is an advantage.
