Oracle eBusiness Suite - Programmer Analyst -Richmond VA-Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst to support and enhance HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The resource will work in an Agile team, developing solutions, handling production support, and translating business requirements into technical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications across AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design, develop, customize, test, debug, and implement Oracle applications.

• Perform production system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.

• Conduct unit and system testing and support UAT.

• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and application turnover materials.

• Follow development standards, coding guidelines, and review procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS 12.2+ development experience in Linux environments hosted on OCI.

• 8+ years of hands-on development across Oracle AP, GL, Purchasing, HR, iRecruitment, and Time & Labor modules.

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.

• Strong systems analysis, design, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.

• Experience developing Power BI paginated reports, desktop reports, and dashboards.
