You are an experienced German-speaking Oracle Consultant, recognised for your functional and technical expertise as well as your ability to build trusted relationships with clients. You are looking to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a tangible impact on large-scale transformation programs, particularly for German-speaking clients.

As a Senior Associate within our European Oracle ERP team, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements and actively contribute to the growth of our Oracle practice across Europe.

Your Role: Subject Matter Expert and Key Project Contributor

Project Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Act as a functional or technical expert on Oracle Cloud ERP transformation projects, from solution design to production.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution within your area of responsibility.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client teams, including German-speaking stakeholders, by providing strong project follow-up and transparent communication.

• Contribute to client satisfaction and help identify opportunities for improvement and service expansion.

Business Development

• Participate in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical expertise.

• Contribute to the development of value propositions for both existing and prospective clients.

Practice Development

• Actively contribute to the European Oracle team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Mentor and support more junior consultants on client engagements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience in consulting or within a client organization, working on Oracle ERP transformation programs.

• Functional Expertise: You possess strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and related modules (GL, AR, AP etc).

• Project Leadership: You have significant experience leading and delivering consulting engagements within complex transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders.

• Client Relationship Skills: You build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and are comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.

• Mobility: You are willing to travel across Europe as needed to support clients and collaborate with project teams.

• Teamwork: You enjoy working in collaborative environments and actively contribute to a positive team culture.

• Languages: Professional fluency in both German and English is essential. You are comfortable working and communicating with German-speaking clients, colleagues, and partners. French language skills are considered a plus.

Votre rôle : Consultant(e) Expert(e) et Contributeur(trice) clé de nos missions

Livraison de projets et excellence opérationnelle :

• Intervenir en tant qu'expert(e) fonctionnel(le) ou technique sur des projets de transformation Oracle Cloud ERP, de la phase de conception à la mise en production.
• Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais sur votre périmètre de responsabilité.

Relation client au quotidien :

• Être un interlocuteur (une interlocutrice) de confiance pour les équipes clientes sur le terrain, y compris les parties prenantes basées en Allemagne ou germanophones, en assurant un suivi rigoureux et une communication transparente.

• Contribuer à la satisfaction client et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration ou d'extension de périmètre.

Développement commercial :

• Participer aux phases d'avant-vente en apportant votre expertise technique et fonctionnelle.

• Contribuer à la construction de propositions de valeur pour nos clients existants et prospects.

Contribution à la practice :

• Participer activement à la vie de l'équipe européenne, en partageant vos connaissances et bonnes pratiques.

• Accompagner et encadrer les consultants plus juniors sur les projets.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

• Expérience : Vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d'expérience en conseil ou en environnement client sur des projets de transformation Oracle / ERP.

• Expertise technique ou fonctionnelle : Vous maîtrisez Finance Oracle ERP et ses modules (GL, AR, AP etc)

• Gestion de projet : Vous avez une solide expérience dans le pilotage et la réalisation de missions de conseil sur des programmes de transformation complexes impliquant de multiples parties prenantes

• Relationnel client : Vous avez une solide expérience dans le pilotage et la réalisation de missions de conseil sur des programmes de transformation complexes impliquant de multiples parties prenantes

• Mobilité : Vous avez une bonne disponibilité pour des déplacements en Europe, afin d'être proche de vos clients et de vos équipes.

• Esprit d’équipe : Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif et contribuez activement à une dynamique d'équipe positive.

• Langues : La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand est indispensable. Vous êtes à l’aise pour communiquer avec des interlocuteurs germanophones (clients, équipes, partenaires). Le français est un plus.
