Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Functional Consultant to join a ERP team and take part in implementation, roll-out and transformation projects, as well as in Application Management Services (AMS) contexts.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management or similar ERP/SCM solutions;
• Solid practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance;
• Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation projects and/or AMS/support contexts;
• Solid knowledge of Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management processes;
• Experience with asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders, work definitions, scheduling, resources, materials and spare parts;
• Knowledge of Asset-to-Maintain and Maintain-to-Operate processes;
• Good understanding of the integration between Maintenance and modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cost Management and Financials;
• Experience in functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management;
• Ability to analyse requirements and incidents and translate them into appropriate functional solutions;
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration and reporting;
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with various stakeholders;
• Ability to work in international and distributed teams;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance implementation, roll-out and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, leading functional workshops with stakeholders from the Maintenance, Operations and Supply Chain departments.
• Carry out fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimise Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance, including asset management, maintenance programmes, work orders, resources, materials and scheduling.
• Support the integration of Maintenance with modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cost Management and Financials.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support, analysing and resolving incidents, service requests and application issues.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and continuous improvement, collaborating with technical and functional teams to develop the solution.

Hybrid — 2 days a week in the office

Salary range: 45 400,00€ - 50 350,00€ annual gross.
