Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant to support the delivery and adoption phase of a finance transformation initiative. The design phase is complete, and the consultant will focus on configuration validation, UAT execution, end-user training, and go-live readiness across the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Financials across the R2R workstream.
  

• Work on General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Period Close processes.
  

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and R2R process sign-off.
  

• Deliver role-based Oracle Fusion training to finance end-users and super users.
  

• Develop user guides, process flows, and quick reference materials.
  

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build internal capabilities before go-live.
  

• Collaborate directly with finance stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure business readiness.
  

• Support delivery activities independently in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience.
  

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  

• Expertise in the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream.
  

• Hands-on knowledge of GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, SLA, and Period Close.
  

• Experience delivering at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with hands-on R2R experience.
  

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion training to finance teams.
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and support go-live readiness.
