The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Oracle Fusion Financials Analyst – UK

Please note, internally, this position is titled: Staff Enterprise Applications Developer

This role can be based in the UK (preference for Edinburgh). You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role

Meet the team:

At Dexcom, our Enterprise Applications team supports critical business processes across a global organisation. This role sits within the Enterprise Application Team and plays a key part in supporting, enhancing, and delivering solutions within our Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

This is a blended operational support and project delivery role. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials while balancing production support, business enhancements, and project initiatives. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to business-critical issues, and contribute to ongoing transformational projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Where you come in:

As an Oracle Fusion Financials SME, you will:

  • Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials and related business processes.
  • Support business users by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents, service requests, and process issues.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management
    • Financial Reporting

  • Support end-to-end business processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscapes.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver projects, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities, and hypercare as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive adoption of Oracle best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor for Finance systems and processes.

What makes you successful: You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Enjoy balancing operational support responsibilities with project and enhancement delivery.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Can effectively manage multiple workstreams and switch between support, project, and stakeholder activities throughout the day.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can confidently engage with users, managers, and senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Have excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Are proactive, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands while delivering high-quality outcomes

Required Experience:

  • Strong functional design and configuration experience within Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting enterprise ERP environments in both operational support and project delivery capacities.
  • Experience across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes.
  • Experience working with:
    • Oracle Fusion Financials
    • Billing solutions
    • Order Management solutions
    • CRM systems and integrations
  • Experience managing production support issues, enhancements, and project activities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and distributed global teams.
  • This role combines operational support and project delivery responsibilities. While project work is a significant component of the position, production support remains an essential responsibility. The successful candidate must be comfortable balancing both aspects and responding to changing business priorities when necessary.
  • The role may involve supporting multiple concurrent projects while also managing business-critical support issues and enhancement requests.

What you’ll get:
