Black Tie Consultancy is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant for a client actively implementing across the GCC. Functional or Techno-Functional - both profiles are welcome.

Role is based in Cairo, Egypt — Remote delivery for a Dubai-based client.

Modules you need to know:

• HCM Base Cloud (Hosted Employee)
• Recruiting Cloud (Hosted Employee)
• Learning Cloud (Named User)
• Talent Management Cloud (Named User)
• Time and Labor Cloud (Named User)
• Payroll Cloud for UAE and KSA
• Workforce Scheduling Cloud (Named User)

You're the right fit if you:

• Have real implementation experience on the modules above - not just familiarity
• Understand how HR systems work in the UAE and KSA - the nuances matter here
• Have worked in healthcare, construction, or manufacturing environments
