We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/OTL Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in HCM modules and hands-on experience with integrations, fast formulas, and data migration. This role will collaborate closely with technical and functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and OTL modules
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts.
  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and external interfacing technologies.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, testing new features, and validating post-deployment results.
  • Perform technical impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide root-cause analysis for production incidents.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into design and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, data privacy, and security protocols.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience supporting the Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL modules
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
  • Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture.
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with VBCS preferred

    • Preferred Certifications (Optional)

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Implementation Specialist (Core HR, Payroll, or Technical Track).
  • Oracle Integration Cloud Certification.
    • Location: Remote from Non-India and Non-Pakistan locations (We are unfortunately not able to hire in India for this project)
    Work Schedule: US Eastern time zone work hours initially. Work hours may be adjusted at a future date after trust has been established.
    Employment Type: Full time/contract with 1 year initial duration
