Oracle Fusion Specialist

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Specialist to join our team, based in Martin Place, Sydney. In this role, you will act as a key business partner for Oracle Fusion across DP World Oceania, supporting Finance applications and working closely with Finance, IT, Regional and global teams.

Additionally, you will provide expert application support, translate business requirements into practical solutions and drive continuous improvement across Oracle Fusion, while supporting system enhancements, testing, upgrades and finance-related projects to ensure our systems meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules and resolve application issues in line with agreed service levels

• Partner with Finance, IT and global teams to define and refine business requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions and process improvements

• Support Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management, along with relevant SCM applications

• Support Oracle Fusion integrations, interfaces, localisations, application configurations, security roles and system enhancements

• Coordinate requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, functional design, testing, UAT, data conversion, upgrades, releases and production deployments

• Manage incidents and problems, perform root cause analysis, and support post-implementation and early production activities

• Support finance-related IT projects, change management and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain application performance, documentation and knowledge articles in line with DP World standards

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Qualification in IT, Finance or a related discipline, with 3+ years' IT or application support experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud Finance or a similar ERP platform

• Strong understanding of Finance processes, Oracle Fusion Finance and business analysis

• Experience in requirements gathering, application configuration, testing, UAT, system implementation and incident, problem and change management

• Understanding of application architecture, security roles, system interfaces and integrations

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and across global teams

• Experience in a multinational or complex environment; logistics, supply chain or global finance experience desirable
