Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, and transformation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions within a large international financial services organisation. The role focuses on designing scalable HR technology solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning, while developing enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL. The architect will collaborate closely with global HR and technology stakeholders to define architectural standards, lead technical decisions, resolve complex integration challenges, and support the consolidation and modernisation of HR systems across international operations.

Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture and solution design
• Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions across multiple modules
• Support global HR technology transformation and consolidation
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems
• Work with international stakeholders and technical teams
• Establish architecture standards and best practices
• Lead technical decisions and support implementation teams
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM integration and configuration issues
• Support system scalability, security and performance





Requirements

• 10–15+ years of overall IT / HR technology experience
• Minimum 8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
• Previous experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect or Techno-Functional Architect
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
• Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits and Absence
• Payroll knowledge, ideally US, UK or global
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning modules
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts
• Fast Formula
• BI Publisher and OTBI
• REST / SOAP APIs
• SQL and data modelling
• Enterprise integration and cloud architecture
• Strong English and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
• Global Oracle HCM transformation projects
• US or UK payroll experience
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Oracle HCM implementations across multiple countries
• Experience leading architecture teams
• DevOps / CI/CD knowledge
• Experience with global shared services centres
