Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud and proven experience delivering public-sector implementations. The ideal candidate will independently lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, drive functional solutioning and configuration, and support the project through the current SIT phase.

Key Responsibilities

Independently lead client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and functional discussions.

Own client-facing stakeholder management and provide functional leadership throughout the project.

Perform hands-on solution design, configuration, and functional validation within Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.

Lead and support the following Oracle Procurement Cloud modules:

Purchasing

Self Service Procurement

Oracle Sourcing

Supplier Portal

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), including defect triage, test execution support, issue analysis, and configuration fixes.

Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and testing teams to resolve functional issues.

Validate procurement business processes against public-sector requirements, policies, and compliance needs.

Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support timely resolution of project blockers.

Required Qualifications

9–10+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement, including recent hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.

Mandatory public-sector experience, preferably involving genuine Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation projects.

Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal.

Proven ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholders independently.

Hands-on configuration, functional solutioning, and SIT support experience.

Strong understanding of procurement business processes, testing cycles, defect management, and issue resolution.

Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.

Must be based in the United States.

Must be available to commit approximately 20 hours per week alongside any existing professional commitments.

Must be available to start ASAP.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Green Card holders and US citizens preferred.

Candidates with recent, verifiable public-sector Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementation experience.

Candidates who can independently manage client interactions while remaining hands-on with functional configuration and testing.
