As a Senior Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading workstreams in implementation, enhancement, and advanced support projects for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solution, acting from the pre-sales phase through post–go-live stabilization.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specialized in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of customer information system (CIS) solutions for utility organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients — translating meter-to-cash, billing, rating, and credit & collections requirements into robust CC&B solutions — while guiding junior consultants and supporting the growth of our Oracle Utilities practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements workshops with utility business and IT stakeholders to capture customer care, billing, rating, payments, and credit & collections processes

• Design and configure CC&B solutions: person/account/premise/service agreement data model, billing and bill segments, payment and adjustment processing, and dashboards

• Implement rating solutions including rate schedules, rate components, bill factors, and complex rate scenarios (TOU, tiered, demand-based)

• Design credit & collections processes, overdue/severance workflows, service order and field activity flows with full audit trail requirements

• Deliver integrations between CC&B and MDM/AMI head-end systems, payment processors, print vendors, GIS, and Oracle ERP Cloud (REST / Web Services, OUAF integration tools)

• Plan and execute data conversion, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), batch scheduling, cutover, and hypercare activities

• Advise clients on utility customer care best practices and CC&B roadmap decisions, including migration paths to Customer to Meter (C2M) and Customer Cloud Service (CCS)

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations

• Strong hands-on expertise with CC&B configuration: admin data setup, algorithms, characteristics, batch processing, and rate configuration

• Solid understanding of utility meter-to-cash processes: move-in/move-out, meter reading, billing, payments, collections, and customer service

• Experience with CC&B integrations (MDM, AMI, ERP, REST/Web Services) and data conversion

• Ability to lead client workshops and communicate with customer service, billing operations, finance, and IT stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field

• Based in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electric, gas, or water utilities, including regulated and deregulated markets

• Knowledge of Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Meter Data Management (MDM), and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

• Oracle certifications in CC&B or related Oracle Utilities products

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement) or field service solutions

• Spanish or English is a plus
