Oracle/PL/SQL Developer (Remote)

Overview Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a PL/SQL Developer specializing in Oracle Forms & Reports to support our US Government client. This will be a 100% remote Contract-to-Hire position. Must be a US Citizen. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Responsibilities Provide expertise and direction in the development and/or modification of computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems. Use expertise to design, develop, code, test, and debug software. Work with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Provide analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases. Provide basic design, build or maintenance of software, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media. Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems. Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 5+ years of Oracle related experience required. Solid PL/SQL experience. Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS 12c or higher. Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports. Oracle APEX experience is a PLUS. Prior experience working with Agile Methodology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship). Must be to obtain DoD Public Trust clearance. Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last 5 years. Military Service excluded.
