About the Role
Are you passionate about oral health, building meaningful professional relationships, and driving sales for world-class dental solutions? Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Virtual Oral Care Consultant to join our dedicated, remote UK team.
In this role, you will act as a key partner to dental professionals across your designated territory. Working remotely via video calls and telesales, you will detail, sell, and merchandise Colgate's specialist professional product line. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand endorsement, educating dental teams, and boosting sales across the UK.
What You Will Do

Build Strong Relationships: Connect with dentists, hygienists, and dental nurses via scheduled video calls and phone interactions to build rapport and trust.

Drive Product Endorsement & Sales: Sell specialist professional products while promoting consumer brand recommendations and endorsement across your territory.

Educate & Inform: Deliver technical, scientific, and product insights during one-on-one virtual meetings, educational group presentations, and trade exhibitions.

Strategic Territory Management: Formulate weekly visit schedules and quarterly business plans to consistently meet and exceed daily KPIs.

Data & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous customer records in our C4C system—capturing meeting notes, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.

Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with your Senior Dental Area Manager through tailored coaching and individual development plans, while sharing continuous market feedback with our Professional Marketing and Sales teams.
What We Are Looking For

Relationship & Consultative Sales: Proven ability in consultative and solution-focused selling with strong relationship-building capabilities.

Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex scientific and medical data into clear, compelling messages.

Customer-Centric Approach: Dedicated to understanding customer needs and crafting tailored sales recommendations.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skilled at evaluating market activity, managing territory performance, and making sound business decisions.

Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working with or partnering alongside healthcare professionals is an advantage, though not essential.
