This is a fast-paced operational role requiring strong attention to detail, confidence working with financial and contractual data, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines across time zones.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Manage order-related tickets and requests across Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and internal tools within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review purchase orders, quotes, order forms, contracts, and master service agreements (MSAs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal order acceptance policies.
  • Validate opportunity, quote, contract, customer, and billing details before processing orders.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, terms, billing information, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Process new orders, renewals, amendments, and other order-related requests accurately and on time.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and order closure, particularly during month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end close.
  • Assist with vendor and supplier forms, customer onboarding documentation, and vendor portal updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve order issues and keep requests moving through the order lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records across internal systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Participate in rotational shifts, planned holiday coverage, and additional close-cycle support as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, sales order processing, quote-to-cash operations, billing operations, sales support, or a similar operational role.
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and related documentation, including purchase orders, quotes, order forms, contracts, and invoices.
  • Experience reviewing financial, contractual, or customer order data with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, take ownership of follow-up, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar billing and order management systems.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts across India, EMEA, and US coverage hours under the work arrangements outlined below.
  • Willingness to support planned public holiday and festival coverage, along with additional close-cycle work, including occasional weekend support.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS or software company.
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models, renewals, amendments, subscription billing, and invoicing.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Renewals, Deal Desk, Finance, Revenue Operations, or Billing teams.
