Is this job info correct?

Peek is the operating system powering the experiences industry - from museums and attractions to tours and activities. With over $7B in bookings, Peek’s AI-powered platform has helped thousands of merchants to increase revenues, save time, and deliver seamless guest experiences. Customers include MoMA, Whitney Museum, Seattle Aquarium, Bryant Park & Looping Group. The company has raised over $150 million from institutional investors Westcap, Goldman Sachs, and SpringCoast Partners. Learn more at www.peek.com . As a remote-first company recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers and by Built In as a 2025 and 2026 Best Place to Work, we are a global team of "Peeksters" who "Obsess Over Our Customers," "Accomplish Big Things," "Collaborate With Purpose," and "Get Better Every Day. The Role We’re hiring a Manager, Organic Growth to own the strategy and execution of SEO, AEO, and GEO across PeekPro, ACME Ticketing, and Connect&GO. This is a builder’s role. You will inherit three distinct brands with three distinct audiences, overlapping topical territory, and no unified organic strategy connecting them. Your job is to define that strategy, then run it — deciding which brand should rank for what, where consolidation creates authority and where it creates cannibalization, and how a single portfolio of content earns visibility across both traditional search results and AI-generated answers. The mandate is demand, not traffic. Experience operators researching software rarely convert on first touch; they compare, they read, they research, and they come back weeks later. You will be measured on organic-sourced pipeline and closed-won revenue across all three brands — not on rankings or sessions alone. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, and Engineering.. You are the connective tissue between them and the subject matter expert within the team. What You’ll Do Own the number Carry the organic pipeline target across all three brands. Build the forecast, report against it monthly, and be accountable for organic-attributed opportunities, demos, and closed-won revenue — not just clicks. Define the multi-brand organic strategy Build the portfolio-level keyword and entity map: which brand owns which topics, which terms are contested, and where the three sites should complement rather than compete. Set the roadmap for site architecture, internal linking, taxonomy, and content across all three properties — including domain consolidation, migrations, and redirect strategy. Develop vertical-specific organic plays for distinct operator segments (tours and activities, museums, zoos and aquariums, water parks, FECs, escape rooms, and more), each with its own language, buying process, and competitive set. Lead AEO and GEO Own how Peek’s brands appear in AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Copilot. Build the measurement approach for a channel most teams still cannot measure. Establish the standards that make our content machine-readable and citable: structured data, entity consistency, answer-first formatting, and comparison content that holds up when an LLM summarizes it. Develop a point of view on how zero-click and agentic search reshape the operator buying journey, and translate that into strategy — then keep revising it as the landscape moves. Build authority off-site Identify and activate high-value authority targets across the experiences, attractions, travel, and hospitality-tech ecosystem — industry associations, trade publications, review platforms, partner and integration directories. Work with PR, Partnerships, and Content to earn links and mentions that measurably move organic visibility, and quantify that lift. Own our presence on the third-party review and comparison sites (G2, Capterra, and category equivalents) that both buyers and LLMs treat as authoritative. Guide the technical foundation Set technical SEO requirements and priorities, and partner with Engineering and Web to get them shipped — crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, structured data, international and multi-domain handling. Run continuous audits across three codebases and CMS setups; triage what actually affects revenue and make the case for prioritization against competing roadmaps. Own migration risk. When domains, subfolders, or brand architecture change, you are the person who makes sure we don’t lose what we’ve built. Direct content intelligence and CRO Feed the Content team clustered keyword, entity, and intent insight — what to write, for which brand, for which vertical, and why. Audit and prune the existing content library across three brands: consolidate, refresh, redirect, or retire. Partner with Web and Lifecycle on conversion — landing page experience, offers, and forms — so improved visibility turns into qualified demos. Evaluate programmatic and templated page opportunities (by vertical, geography, use case, and integration) and build them where they earn their keep. Educate and evangelize Be the internal expert. Bring the rest of Marketing, Product, and leadership along on how search is changing and what it means for how we go to market. What You’ll Need Must-haves 4–7 years in SEO or organic growth , with meaningful time in B2B SaaS or another considered-purchase, multi-touch environment. A revenue-first mindset. You are comfortable being measured on pipeline, you can build and defend a forecast, and you don’t hide behind traffic metrics. A real point of view on AEO and GEO. You’ve tested how brands surface in AI answers, you can explain what you learned, and you know the difference between a durable strategy and a trick. Technical fluency. You can diagnose crawl, indexation, rendering, and site-architecture issues yourself, write a clear technical brief, and hold your own in a conversation with engineers. Analytical rigor. Comfortable in GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, etc. You can build an attribution view, spot when the data is lying, and model the impact of a bet before you make it. Tool depth. Strong hands-on command of Ahrefs and/or Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog. Familiarity with an AI-visibility tracking tool (Profound, Peec, or similar) is a plus. Comfort with ambiguity. Three brands, recent acquisitions, incomplete data, and a category being rewritten in real time. You find that energizing rather than paralyzing. Nice to have Experience with multi-brand, multi-domain, or post-acquisition SEO Programmatic or template-driven SEO at scale, or managing large directory-style page sets. Background in travel, tourism, attractions, hospitality tech, or another operator-facing vertical SaaS category. Local and multi-location SEO, or Knowledge Graph and entity optimization work. Peek Travel Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. If you are unable to apply due to incompatible assistive technology or a disability, please contact us at talent@peek.com. We will make every effort to respond to your request for disability assistance as soon as possible.
