The role will contribute to identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and helping develop practical solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, productivity, and employee experience.
The position will also support the design and coordination of training and development initiatives, including leadership programs, professional development activities, onboarding improvements, performance development frameworks, and internal learning programs. Responsibilities may include preparing program materials, coordinating schedules, tracking participation, gathering feedback, and evaluating program outcomes.
The Organizational Development Director will work with internal stakeholders to understand organizational needs, support change initiatives, and promote effective communication throughout development programs. The role may also assist with organizational structure reviews, competency frameworks, employee development plans, succession planning initiatives, and talent development strategies.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing employee feedback and organizational data, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining development documentation, monitoring program progress, and recommending improvements based on available information.
