Organizational Development Manager

Role Description The Organizational Development Manager will play a key role in improving team structure, processes, and culture within a remote video editing and production environment. This part-time, remote role involves assessing organizational effectiveness, identifying development needs, and implementing initiatives that support performance, collaboration, and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workflows, supporting HR-related practices, designing and facilitating leadership development activities, and recommending changes to enhance communication and efficiency. The manager will collaborate with leadership to align organizational practices with business goals and help build a scalable, sustainable operating model as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness, with experience applying these practices in creative or digital environments.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess structures, processes, and performance data, and to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in HR Management, including basic workforce planning, performance support, and guidance on policies and practices.
• Background in Leadership Development, including designing or supporting training, coaching, or mentoring programs for team leads and managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a part-time capacity, with strong time management and self-organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in creative agencies, media production, or digital content environments is a plus.
