About Gate
Gate is a global digital asset exchange and Web3 ecosystem serving users across international markets. We operate in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment where strong organizational systems, clear accountability, and effective global collaboration are essential to sustainable growth.
The Role
We are looking for a Global Organizational Development & Performance Expert to strengthen how performance is defined, measured, and improved across Gate’s global organization. You will take end-to-end ownership of performance management priorities, from diagnosing business needs and designing practical frameworks to driving implementation, calibration, and continuous improvement.
The role also contributes to broader organizational development initiatives, including organization effectiveness, role clarity, talent mechanisms, and change management. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can combine structured OD thinking with strong execution in a lean, globally distributed HR environment.
What You’ll Do
· Diagnose organizational and performance challenges across functions and regions, translating business needs into practical OD and performance solutions.
· Design and evolve global performance management frameworks, including goal setting, evaluation standards, review cycles, calibration, and links to business outcomes.
· Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to adapt performance approaches for different functions, markets, and stages of organizational maturity while maintaining consistent global principles.
· Lead the end-to-end rollout of performance initiatives, including policy design, process governance, stakeholder communication, manager enablement, and post-cycle review.
· Use organizational and people data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend targeted improvements to structures, roles, workflows, and talent practices.
· Contribute to broader OD priorities such as organization design, job and capability frameworks, talent review, succession, and change initiatives as business needs evolve.
· Build scalable toolkits, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms that improve decision quality, accountability, and collaboration across a global, distributed organization.
What We’re Looking For

· Demonstrated ownership of performance management or organizational development programs, with clear experience moving from diagnosis and design through implementation and review.
· Strong understanding of performance frameworks, goal setting, calibration, organization effectiveness, and change management in complex or fast-changing organizations.
· Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate ambiguous business issues into structured solutions, and drive cross-functional execution.
· Strong analytical judgment and the ability to use people and business data to identify issues, evaluate outcomes, and improve decisions.
· Professional fluency in English and Chinese, with the communication skills to work effectively across cultures and regions.
Strong-to-haves
· Experience supporting global, remote, technology, fintech, digital asset, or other high-growth organizations.
· Exposure to job architecture, competency frameworks, talent review, rewards, or HR digitalization.
· Experience in both consulting and in-house HR/OD environments.
