Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Role Description The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will play a key role in improving structures, processes, and culture to support the agency’s growth and performance. This part-time remote role involves assessing current organizational practices, recommending improvements, and partnering with leadership to implement changes that enhance efficiency and collaboration. Daily tasks include analyzing team workflows, developing and tracking performance metrics, designing employee engagement initiatives, and supporting change management activities. The role also involves coordinating with project and program managers to ensure alignment between strategic goals, operational execution, and staff capabilities. The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will prepare concise reports and recommendations, facilitate virtual meetings or workshops, and help maintain a positive, high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management to improve structures, processes, and outcomes.
• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives across teams.
• Background in Employee Engagement, with experience designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen culture and retention.
• Ability to analyze organizational data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies or fast-paced service organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced education or certifications in OD or HR are a plus.
• Comfort with collaboration tools and remote work technologies, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
