We are looking for a Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant to join our team, supporting application maintenance and support (AMS) activities. This professional will be responsible for incident analysis and resolution, troubleshooting, functional configuration, and continuous improvements within Oracle OTM.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle OTM processes and integrations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and interact directly with clients.

Key Responsabilities:

• Provide application maintenance and support (AMS) for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Oracle OTM.
• Perform functional configuration and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understand business requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Support Oracle OTM processes and integrations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and support the resolution of functional issues.

• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the training and development of other consultants.

  Nice to have:

• Mid-level experience with hands-on knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience with Oracle OTM application maintenance and support (AMS) activities.
• Experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Knowledge of Oracle OTM functional configuration, processes, and integrations.
• Ability to understand business requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and support the development of other team members.
• Experience in a client-facing AMS environment is desirable.

• English proficiency is a plus but is not mandatory.
