Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health. This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential. What We Offer $5.50 USD per hour Paid weekly in arrears Full-time, 40 hours per week Paid training Permanent independent contractor opportunity Work from home anywhere in Mexico Be part of a growing healthcare support program with future expansion opportunities What You'll Do Make 125+ outbound calls per day Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare Build trust and rapport with patients Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy Accurately document every interaction Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements Hours of Operation Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Schedules will fall within these operating hours. Technical Requirements (Essential) To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below: Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) 16 GB RAM Dual monitors Webcam and headset i5 processor and up Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) Backup power solution Microsoft Teams / Office 365 Applications that do not meet the minimum technical requirements may not move forward in the process.
