Outbound Sales Representative

Outbound Sales Representative Remote: Hours 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM SA Time Independent Contractor Must have own laptop   We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on contacting warm leads who have already expressed interest in the services provided to patients within nursing homes and care facilities. The successful candidate will engage with patients and their family members, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure all required documentation is completed to facilitate insurance and co-payment arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in services Engage professionally with patients and family members over the phone Explain services, insurance coverage, and any applicable co-payment requirements Guide clients through the onboarding and documentation process Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently Follow up with prospective clients to secure completed documentation Maintain accurate records of all interactions and completed applications Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process Requirements: Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer service/call centre environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach Confident handling objections and guiding conversations to completion Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup What We Offer: Base Salary + commission
