Outbound Sales Representative – Bilingual English/Spanish

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative based in Colombia who is confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, and knows how to close sales.

The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales experience, can quickly build rapport with prospects, handle objections effectively, and confidently move conversations toward a close. This is a performance-focused sales role, so we are looking for someone who is motivated by targets and comfortable working in a fast-paced calling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Engage prospects, identify their needs, and effectively present products or services.
• Close sales and consistently work toward individual and team targets.
• Handle objections confidently and turn initial resistance into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Accurately document calls, customer information, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily activity goals, conversion targets, and sales KPIs.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• C1 or C2 Advanced English proficiency required - excellent spoken English is essential.
• Fluent/native-level Spanish.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or high-volume phone sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.
• Experience working with U.S.-based customers or clients is highly preferred.

Salary $ 800-1,000 USD per month + commissions
