This includes trim around windows, doors, corners, fascia, soffits, and other architectural elements. Work Includes: Removal of existing trim (if applicable) Surface preparation and inspection of substrate Installation of new exterior-grade trim (wood, PVC, or fiber cement) Proper fastening and alignment for weather resistance Sealing of joints, seams, and penetrations with exterior-grade caulk Priming and/or painting (if specified) Cleanup and disposal of debris Exclusions (unless noted): Structural repairs to framing Full siding replacement Painting beyond trim scope Start: Ready Now Duration: 1-3 Days Pay is bi-weekly upon completion of work Flexible work from home options available.
