Outpatient therapist

The outpatient therapist provides psychotherapy to adults and children with various mental health conditions including anxiety, eating disorders, depression and trauma. The outpatient therapist maintains accurate and timely documentation for services provided and maintains treatment plans

Assessment:

Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and developing treatment

plans.

• Therapy:

Providing individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions, depending on the specific role.

• Documentation:

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation of all client interactions and

treatment progress. Complete all documentation for sessions completed within 48 hours of

service delivery.

• Collaboration:

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure

comprehensive support for clients.

• Treatment Planning:

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on best practices and

clinical guidelines.

• Monitoring Progress:

Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Education:

Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

• Professional Development:

Staying updated with current best practices in therapy and mental health care.
