• Proactive Sourcing & Outreach: Drives candidate lead generation and talent pipelining through cold-calling, job boards, social media, networking, and targeted specialty or geographic campaigns.

• Campus & Residency Engagement: Builds active partnerships with market GME leadership and maintains an on-the-ground presence with residency classes to recruit and retain trainees into full-time roles.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Offer Management: Partners with market executives, clinical leaders, AECN, Legal, and Compensation teams to align on staffing priorities and negotiate competitive salary, benefit, and relocation packages.

• Operations, Metrics & Compliance: Tracks all recruitment activity in the ATS with high data integrity while consistently meeting defined KPIs, SLAs, and performance goals.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• 5+ years of provider recruitment experience
• Strong data driven accountability, good collaborator, influencer and communicator
• Experience with multiple forms of Outreach including pipeline conversions, candidate response rates, mail, slow drip & calling campaigns
• Experience working in Oracle or similar environments
