Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and engaging creators and talent teams who can benefit from VORRIK7’s production services. In this role, you will research potential partners, build and nurture relationships through digital outreach, and communicate the value of VORRIK7’s clipping, editing, and full-house production offerings. You will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, provide timely and professional responses, and ensure an excellent experience for prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include drafting outreach messages, coordinating virtual meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align outreach with production capabilities and marketing initiatives. You will also gather feedback from creators and teams to help improve services and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear outreach messages, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide professional, responsive support and maintain positive relationships with creators and talent teams.
• Candidates should possess Research skills to identify potential partners, understand creator needs, and map opportunities in the creator and content production space.
• Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to engage online communities, social platforms, and networks where creators and talent teams are active.
• Experience working with or within creator ecosystems, media, or digital content production is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or social media management tools is an advantage.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, media, or a related field is preferred.
