We're looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that performance marketing isn't just about running ads — it's about understanding the business, identifying opportunities, testing intelligently, and continuously improving results.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Manage campaigns for both Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce businesses.
Take ownership of campaign performance across metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
Develop campaign strategies based on the client's business model, objectives, audience and growth targets.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining campaign quality and performance.
Analyse campaign data regularly and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and campaign structures.
Build and optimize retargeting, remarketing and audience strategies.
Work closely with creative teams to identify winning creatives, hooks, messaging and new testing opportunities.
Set up and troubleshoot Pixels, conversion events, UTMs and other tracking requirements.
Understand the complete customer journey — from ad click to lead/sale — rather than looking at platform metrics in isolation.
Prepare performance reports and convert campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
Participate in client calls when required and confidently explain performance, challenges, strategy and next steps.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution and advertising policies.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Previous experience working in a digital/performance marketing agency is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
Experience independently managing multiple active client accounts.
Strong understanding of both Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce funnels.
Experience handling meaningful advertising budgets and demonstrating the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.
Strong understanding of campaign metrics and the ability to diagnose why a campaign is or isn't performing.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Experience with industries such as Healthcare, Real Estate, D2C/E-commerce, Education or B2B will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
Ability to take ownership of accounts rather than waiting for instructions for every optimization.
