No security industry experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training, pay for your Oklahoma Security Sales License, and give you the coaching and support needed to build a successful sales career. What You’ll Do Generate new residential and commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement. Meet with homeowners and business owners to identify their security needs. Present customized solutions including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and smart security technology. Prepare proposals and close new business. Build lasting relationships with customers before and after the sale. Maintain customer information using our CRM. Achieve monthly sales goals while representing Lions Den professionally in the community. What We’re Looking For You don’t need security experience—we’re looking for the right attitude. Preferred qualifications include: High school diploma or GED Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, telecommunications, business development, or door-to-door sales is helpful but not required.
