What You Bring: Strong closing skills—you know how to ask for the sale. Confidence using tech (Apple, PC, cloud platforms). Ability to do quick numbers in your head. Great communication and listening skills. Relationship builder Willingness to occasionally climb a ladder for inspections. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
