We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to lead regional sales across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Arkansas . Candidates may live in any of those territories. What You’ll Do Own and grow sales for a multi-state Southeast agriculture territory Build strong relationships with farmers, large-scale agricultural operations, and ag equipment dealerships Drive new business through proactive hunting, field visits, and long-term relationship development Represent DMR Drones as the regional face of our precision-spray drone solutions What We’re Looking For Proven outside sales or territory sales experience Strong ties to agriculture, farm equipment, or precision ag markets (dealership or grower relationships strongly preferred) Hunter mentality with the ability to build trust in relationship-driven rural markets Drone experience not required — ag credibility matters more than technical background Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary Uncapped commission / earning potential Full benefits package Opportunity to be the territory lead for a rapidly growing ag-drone manufacturer If you know Southern agriculture, enjoy being in the field, and want to help bring cutting-edge precision ag technology to farms across the Southeast, we’d like to talk.
