Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outsourced Project Operations Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multi-site physical move operations, maintaining complete chain-of-custody protocols, ensuring compliance with federal security and quality standards.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead End-to-End Project Execution & Governance: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring full lifecycle documentation, regular progress reporting, and adherence to master schedules, throughput targets, and operational SOPs.
- Drive Multi-Site Operational Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership while managing multi-site move operations, enforcing master schedules, and meeting throughput targets and SLAs.
- Build & Lead Operational Teams: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and direct management of project team members and site leads
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations, including team hiring, personnel management, and operational reporting.
- Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, SOP development and enforcement, chain-of-custody protocols, inventory reconciliation, Quality Control Plans (QCP), and federal security standards.
- Proven Capabilities: Proven ability to manage multi-site projects, lead team members, maintain client relationships, and deliver structured project documentation and leadership updates.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance

Reasonably expected salary range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00
Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
