Outsystems Team | Remote/Hybrid

We are strengthening our team with OutSystems profiles: Developer, Lead and Architect.

Profile 1 — OutSystems Developer

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain OutSystems applications;
• Contribute to the technical design and architecture of OutSystems solutions, ensuring best practices, without a formal architect role;
• Integrate systems and REST APIs;
• Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing;
• Collaborate in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions;
• Review code and support the technical documentation of the solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of OutSystems development experience;
• OutSystems certifications;
• Knowledge of C# or .NET;
• Experience in technical design and development of OutSystems solutions;
• Experience with REST API integration;
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• English level B2/C1;
• Plus: knowledge of PL/SQL and MuleSoft.

Work regime: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Lisbon.

Profile 2 — OutSystems Lead

What we are looking for:

• 5 years of proven experience in OutSystems projects in production;
• Mastery of OutSystems Architecture Canvas best practices (reuse-first approach, redesign justifications);
• Experience in Reactive Web, Mobile and/or Traditional Web.

Work regime: 1 day per week at the office in Porto (desirable, not mandatory).

Profile 3 — OutSystems Architect

What we are looking for:

• 8 years in enterprise application architecture;
• Responsibility for solution design and architecture (incl. Low Level Design);
• Responsibility for proposing the architecture and sizing of the on-premise OutSystems landscape (DEV/QA/PRD topology, sizing, HA/DR);
• Allocation required during the design phase.

Work regime: 1 day per week at the office in Porto (desirable, not mandatory).
