Overseas Sales Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Overseas Sales Engineer. The Overseas Sales Engineer will identify and develop business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with international clients, and promote MKIT’s human resources and interactive ad service solutions. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer technical and business requirements, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal technical teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, supporting product demonstrations, participating in online meetings across time zones, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills to develop opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and the ability to work with international teams.
• Experience in remote work environments, with strong time management, self-organization, and the ability to collaborate across different time zones.
• Background in engineering, IT, or a related technical field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, HR technology, or enterprise service solutions is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and basic data analysis to support sales activities and reporting.
