Role Description The Owner role at IMARAT is a full-time remote position responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across the group’s real estate portfolio and development projects. The Owner will define long-term vision, set business objectives, and ensure that projects align with the company’s values and growth plans. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project performance, guiding investment decisions, overseeing financial health, and coordinating with senior leadership and key stakeholders. The role involves monitoring market trends, shaping expansion strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies. The Owner will also promote a culture of integrity, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate investment, development, or property management, ideally in multinational or cross-border settings.
• Strong strategic planning, business leadership, and decision-making abilities to guide large-scale projects and portfolios.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating project returns and investment opportunities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging teams, partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ability to operate in a remote, distributed environment, with high personal accountability and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with real estate regulations, market dynamics, and risk management in Pakistan and international markets.
• Track record of building and leading diverse teams, fostering inclusive workplaces, and driving cultural alignment with organizational values.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
