Job description: Provide outstanding customer service through inbound phone interactions. Ask questions and use the answers to help complete a detailed quote for auto insurance. Explain insurance products, coverage information, and policy details to new customers who may not be familiar with those products. Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access account information and complete transactions. Adhere to all company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Identify opportunities to transfer customers to other departments when required. Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
