Empower, Connect, Evolve, and Inspire - these are the values that drive us and make BMI a company where you can thrive and grow.

Join BMI Group and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our competence center, shaping the future with a diverse team in Vilnius!

Are you looking to move away from repetitive manual invoice processing and take true ownership of end-to-end P2P operations?

As a P2P Process & Service Delivery Specialist at our GBS hub in Vilnius, you will act as the operational bridge connecting local Markets, Procurement, Finance, Global Process Owners (GPO), and our external BPO service partner.

Your primary role will not be standard invoice processing. Instead, you will apply your solid Accounts Payable and ERP experience to monitor operational targets, investigate and resolve blocked invoices, use process analytics tools like Celonis to identify delays, communicate directly with stakeholders to fix issues, and support process automation initiatives.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily processing quality and SLA compliance of our outsourced BPO team (invoicing, payments, and master data). Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to maintain high first-time posting accuracy
  • Performing root-cause analysis on AP ledger backlogs, blocked invoices, payment holds, and GR/IR friction
  • Using Celonis analytics and SAP reporting to track operational metrics (touchless rate, cycle time, exception rates) and identify automation opportunities
  • Acting as the key point of contact for resolving complex or high-impact invoice processing issues
  • Engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Confidently presenting operational issues, explain root causes, and negotiate solutions directly with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT, GPO) and external vendors
  • Acting as an operational subject matter expert in small and company wide transformation projects

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end P2P operations (I2P, P2R, ledger management, GR/IR checks, purchasing logic) within a GBS, Shared Services, or corporate finance environment
  • Practical expertise with ERP (SAP, S4 etc.)
  • Understanding of invoice processing technologies, including OCR, e-invoicing platforms, and AP automation tools
  • Proven track record in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on operational metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve process quality and efficiency
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively with various departments and teams to enhance end-to-end process performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience supervising outsourced service providers and performance monitoring would be an advantage

What we offer:

  • Access to free sports facilities in the office building

Convenient Perks:

  • Access to the perks.lt discount program (exclusive deals and offers)
