About the Position
Due to consistent growth, Boswell’s Power & Energy Utilities Project Management Team is seeking additional P6 Schedulers to assist our Project Management Team and Client Utilities. Due to continued growth in 2025, Boswell is now offering a unique growth opportunity for a skilled Primavera P6 Scheduler in New Jersey. This position may be based on-site in our South Hackensack, NJ office or based remotely with office and site visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project schedules on major capital multi-year projects ($5M - $ 50 Million) using Oracle Primavera P6 software
- Forecasting and adjusting schedules continually to anticipate and minimize risks
- Analyzing project schedules to identify potential issues and active collaboration with project teams to ensure that project schedules align with project requirements
- Adhering to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Continual proactive communication to Project Managers, Project Team & Stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience as a full-time Scheduler within a Project Management Team using P6 Primavera software, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Oracle Primavera P6 Training and/ or Certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in forecasting, risk anticipation/ mitigation and proactive projections
- Strong attention to detail and proactive trouble and problem-solving skills in advance of issues is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scheduler experience using P6 for major capital construction projects in the $Multi-million dollar value with Electric Utilities is highly preferred.

The salary range below is applicable for the job and location associated with this position. Compensation will vary based on specific relevant experience, education, certifications, skill levels, geographic location, and other compensable factors.
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $134,000 / Year
