You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the region while working toward long-term growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain strong relationships with title insurance agents, acting as a trusted advisor for their business needs. · Identify opportunities for growth within the region and actively pursue new agent partnerships. · Provide exceptional service by understanding agent requirements and delivering effective solutions. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agents receive top-tier support and resources. · Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility. · Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals. Qualifications: · Proven experience in title insurance, with a strong understanding of agent needs and industry practices. · Enthusiasm for sales and business development, with a passion for building lasting relationships. · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. · Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus and provides a pathway to potential management opportunities. Reasoning Ability · Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
