This is an exciting opportunity to join our Trust’s dynamic central team and to shape DNEAT’s next phase of growth and development.
DNEAT is one of the largest school trusts in the East of England, with 40 schools across Norfolk and Waveney. DNEAT is a Church of England Trust, meaning that is welcoming of children and staff of all faiths, and none, and that it makes explicit reference to its Christian values in all that it does.
You’ll be an integral and proactive team member providing high quality professional administrative support to, and working alongside, the Trust’s central Executive Office (CEO, Deputy CEO and Academies Improvement Team (AIT)). You will liaise with all levels of stakeholders/colleagues and duties will include diary and email inbox management. You will engage in a friendly and supportive environment where you will be able to get ‘stuck in’ and take ownership of the team’s day to day support and what they require. The role sits alongside the Administrative Officer and Trust Office & Project Manager.
We would love to hear from you if:
- you are values driven, want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people, and are attracted to our core values of community, courage, kindness and wisdom. These shape all the decisions and actions we take, always with a focus on what is best for the, more than 6000, children and young people in DNEAT schools.
- you are highly organised and can effectively support executives to fulfil their key roles of improving schools
- you enjoy being part of a team, managing competing priorities and delivering excellence
- you can grow with the Trust, working flexibly as our organisation continues to develop
We can offer:
- The opportunity to develop in your role
- Fuel expenses for travel outside of the primary locations of work
- LGPS contributory pension scheme
- Cycle to work scheme
- Hybrid working – in liaison with line manager/ flexibility will be required due to Trust priorities
*We welcome applications from candidates seeking a range of working patterns, from term-time only to term time plus three weeks.
